Monthly facials with microdermabrasion.

SPF – I always use a moisturizer with SPF 30 or 50 (in the summer).
What is your workout pick?
Weekly routine of 1x hot yoga (great way to stretch and let your body breathe), 2x cardio (running or elliptical), and 1x walking 2-4 miles.
What is your view on diet?
Quality vs. quantity—and balance is key but you also have to let yourself enjoy and have fun with food. So I am fine with occasional splurges but I try to make it count (quality!).
