Tucked away in a group of brick office buildings on Church Street in Vienna, you will find Malisse Skin Bar. I have driven by these cookie-cutter buildings dozens of times and never thought to investigate. I was told about a Master Aesthetician named Mali Amini in Vienna. She was named the Best Aesthetician in the Washington, D.C. area by Allure magazine three times. With this information, I felt it necessary to investigate.

I reached out to Mali, and she was happy to speak with me and share her story. Mali wasn’t always an Aesthetician. Although she has always had a passion for skincare, she graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Business and worked in accounting before going back to school for aesthetics. After beginning her studies, Mali realized that she was passionate about making people feel and look their best.
