The annual 2015 DC’S Dancing Stars Gala, will be held October 24, a fundraiser that incorporates 12 local DC Celebrities who are each committed to learning a professionally choreographed dance routine they will perform with the Fred Astaire Dance Studio. Each Star will undergo an amazing journey as they prepare for their chance to win the 2015 DC’s Dancing Stars Gala mirror ball trophy, all in the spirit of giving back to our community! In 2014 the Gala donated over $165,000 to several amazing charities! It is the goal of the 2015 Gala to earn even more to for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s National Capital Area chapter, the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, Inc. (TAPS), Marymount University, Our Military Kids, and Code of Support Foundation.
The dancers competing will need your “votes” in advance on this website as well as the audience “votes” the night of the gala. All the “votes” will be combined with the celebrity judges’ scores to determine who will be crowned our 2015 DC’S DANCING STAR GALA CHAMPION. The monies raised will go to some amazing charities.
