Gypsy Soul

The long awaited “Gypsy Soul” has opened in Fairfax, also in the Mosaic District at 8296 Glass Alley gypsysoul-va.com.  Celebrated Chef RJ Cooper’s new restaurant features both classic and contemporary flavors inspired by the chef’s “free-spirited wandering.”  His motorcycle license plate says “BRAISE.”  We’re on our way!
