George Mason University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts is pleased to announce its ninth annual ARTS by George! gala on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014 at 5 p.m. One of the premier arts events in Northern Virginia, this outstanding benefit event features a showcase of performances and exhibitions by gifted students and faculty, sumptuous buffets and beverages, a silent auction of arts-related items and experiences and a dazzling gala performance by Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award winner Patti LuPone.
