Domenico Cornacchia, Chef/Owner of Assaggi Osteria, is originally from Ascoli Piceno, Pescaa del Tronto, near the central Italian town devastated by the 6.2 earthquake six weeks ago. Assaggi Osteria, located in McLean, VA is hosting an Italy Earthquake Relief Benefit Dinner Wednesday, October 5th to provide support to the Italian Red Cross.
The dinner will consist of their regular a la carte menu plus daily specials where Assaggi Osteria will donate a percentage of the revenue from the evening to the Italian Red Cross. Supporting this cause while enjoying a wonderful Italian dinner! Enjoy specialty dishes and wines from the affected areas.
