To kick off the 2021 Root to Table Culinary Series, Taste of Blue Ridge is proud to announce the Bavarian Inn Resort & Brewing Co. as the host of“Grilling and Chilling” on July 18th.

Enjoy the abundant space of “Almost Heaven” West Virginia as our top chefs showcase their favorite Summer dishes with guest chefs and products from our favorite local farmers.

The Menu

The menu is inspired by the season and the best local products we have available in the area. When you think of summer, you want to be outside with your favorite chefs as you experience firsthand the true taste of top dishes from their summer cookbook. Experience the smoky flavors of the barbecue or a chilled dish to enlighten and cleanse your taste buds.

Local wines and beer from the Bavarian Brothers Brewing Company are included in the ticket price. Liquor Cocktails available for an additional cost.

Seating Options

We’re lucky to have a host with spacious areas so our guests can spread out and mingle as they wish. Our goal is for our guests to be relaxed and comfortable as they enjoy an evening of delicious food and conversation.

Seating options you can choose from:

  • Separate from groups (no more than 2 to a table)
  • Sitting with only the people within a group that you are booking.
  • Sitting with others, but with no more than 6 people at a table.
  • Don’t mind sitting with other guests
