Cooking with a Rock Star II – Encore Performance at Culinaria

Paul Tagliaferro Cullen, former bass player for Bad Company, is coming back to rock the kitchen at Culinaria on Thursday, July 28 from 7pm-10pm. He’ll teach Italian cooking, and play his guitar! Class will sell out quickly ($90 per person) and space is limited.

The Taste of Piemonte Menu will feature: Bagnet Verd Taleggio Crostini—Bagnet Verd is a classic Piedmontese parsley sauce; Insalata Russa—very popular in Italy, it was known in the eighteenth century as insalata genovese because it is said that it was served to aristocracy for gala dinners; Agnolotti with a Mushroom Thyme Beef Broth—Agnolotti is pasta typical of the Piedmont region of Italy, made with small pieces of flattened pasta dough, and folded over a filling of roasted meat or vegetables; and Whipped Nutella Mascarpone filled Strawberries.
