Cava Grill Announces Upcoming Vienna Location

Cava Grill, a modern Mediterranean flavors and fresh-casual concept has just announced its newest local expansion, adding three new Northern Virginia locations to its growing company in early- and mid- 2016. There are plans to open new locations in Alexandria’s Foxchase Shopping Center, Vienna Shopping Center, and Gainesville’s Promenade at Virginia Gateway to join Cava Grill’s current five Northern Virginia locations, in Ashburn, Fairfax, Mosaic District, Tysons Corner and Reagan DCA Airport.

Cava Grill’s new opening locations are as follows:

  • Alexandria: Foxchase Shopping Center, at Duke St. & South Jordan St.
  • Vienna: Vienna Shopping Center at 180 Maple Avenue West, Vienna, VA
  • Gainesville: Promenade at Virginia Gateway, on Linton Hall Road in Gainesville, VA

According to the press release, all of Cava Grill’s new locations will feature the restaurant’s fresh look, with an expanded open-kitchen layout; local beer and wine on tap; new menu items including seasonal vegetables roasted in Cava’s new stone-fired ovens, and rotating seasonal soups, juices, and teas made in-house daily; deeper relationships with local partners like local bakery, Whisked!, Gordy’s Pickle Jar, and RunningByrd Tea; and additional community initiatives representative of Cava’s commitment to innovation, evolution, and attentiveness within fast-casual dining.

Keeping with Cava Grill’s opening traditions, the public will be invited to celebrate each new location with a Community Day, where lunch and dinner (rice bowls, salads, pitas) are free, with an encouraged donation to their local non-profit partner, City Blossoms, both of which champion healthy eating in the DC community. Those dates will be announced closer to each opening. Stay tuned for more details.
