In addition to serving an authentic Napolitan Pizza, Crust seeks to educate guests about their use of only fresh, all-natural, non-processed ingredients (imported from Naples or Campania regions), including Certified Mozzarella di Bufala.

The wood burning oven maintaining a temperature of 900 degrees produces an authentic Napolitan pizza verified by Verace Pizza Napoletana (V.P.N.), in 60-90 seconds. Its characteristics include a thin center and charred puffy edges.

Chef and Pizzaiolo, Tonio Topolino says, “We recommend eating it by hand, so save your fork for dessert.” The authentic Napolitan pizza was invented in Napoli between 1715 and 1725, with the world-famous Margherita variant first cooked in 1889. Crust says, “a true Napolitan pizza is a labor of love, passion, desire, and high quality ingredients from Campania region.”

Now open for lunch and dinner daily. 8415 Old Courthouse Rd. Vienna, VA
