Cocoa Vienna was just voted by Virginia Living Best Of Magazine as The Best Chocolatier in Northern Virginia out of approximately 32,000 voters in January. Sam and Staci Meruvia, the owners, are tickled pink that folks voted them this honor. Especially being that they are just shy of being one year young!
