- Fairfax County single-family homes (1,129) saw 5th straight monthly gain; “High” demand for 22304 ZIP code (201 index): 96 new pending sales ( +22% from May norm).

- Luxury condo demand fell -14% (190 index). Washington D.C. listings slid -16% from April; first monthly decline in four months.
- June new listings typically drop -10%.
