Tysons welcomes world-class luxury living with the new Monarch condominiums

Imagine a high-end walkable neighborhood right in the heart of burgeoning Tysons. That’s what’s coming with the new Monarch luxury condominium project, what they’re calling the most livable neighborhood within Tysons. Designed to bring an unprecedented level of living and personalized service, the 20-story Monarch condominium tower is now under construction at 7887 Jones Branch Drive, with delivery scheduled for late 2020.

The location is considered “soft urban” and will be situated on a tree-lined street in the Arbor Row community with sidewalks, walkability to the Tysons Metro, shopping at the Galleria, grocery stores, boutique coffee shops and high-end neighborhood restaurants.  Unlike most of the new high-density residential development in Tysons, Monarch will offer a lushly-landscaped private elevated garden terrace overlooking the only stand of mature trees in the neighborhood.

Winding walkways, trellises, lounge seating areas and landscaping will encapsulate what makes this a special place to call home. By day, residents can lounge by the sparkling blue waters of the pool or stroll through the trellises in the landscaped gardens. An outdoor staircase leads from Arbor Row to Tysons Boulevard to make the rest of Tysons accessible to those who live and work on Arbor Row.
